• Case Managers: They lead ILS outcomes, training, and support for clients. For inquiries or mutual client information, connect with them. Spanish Caseload CMs cater exclusively to Spanish speakers.

• ILS Supervisors: Guiding teams of Case Managers, they arrange essential meetings and provide document support. Reports are facilitated by them exclusively, ensuring smooth communication.

• ILS Sr. Supervisor: Overseeing all Supervisors and teams, she's your direct line for urgent queries. Scheduled meetings, reports – she ensures they are primed for you.

• ILS Quality Assurance Supervisor: Meeting clients quarterly, they ensure protocol adherence and satisfaction. Immediate reporting and resolution are paramount.

• ILS Program Manager: Fulfilling client needs and addressing Service Coordinators' queries, she ensures service alignment. Quality assurance calls provide a direct feedback channel.

• Office Assistant: Handling internal tasks only, he supports our systems. While he can't answer client queries, he can assist with documents upon senior team request.
